The extraction network is connected to a static or dynamic destruction station.

Static incinerator

These flares are particularly suited to small and medium-sized landfills, or can be installed on a cell which is being filled.
They are easy to install, no supply of electricity needed, moveable and inextinguishable by wind.
Because of their reliability they do not require any maintenance.

Dynamic station

It is fitted out with a pump for the gas extraction and the supply of the incinerator, and with safety devices and automatic regulating monitoring systems.

Our incinerators operate from 30 m³/h to 4,000 m³/h and more, with a working pressure from 10 mbar, and a combustion temperature from 900°C according to requirements.

Our flares achieve the complete combustion of gas, in compliance with the advised standards. Tests on the emissions are run by approved national testing laboratories.

Our equipments are highly efficient as they are corrosion resistant (use of stainless steel 304L or 316, heat resistant steel), fitted with all the safe actuators, demand low maintenance costs and low energy consumption (operating at low pressure).

We conceive our continuous analysis, measurement and monitoring control boards and make our own automatic monitoring programs. The automatic monitoring system make possible the change of parameters, taking into account the variations of gas generation, methane (CH4) content, pressure, atmospheric pressure.

The installation, from the extraction network up to the pumping and destruction station for biogas, is conceived to optimise the biogas collection while saving energy with a design tailored to each landfill site.

The entire installation can be followed and managed through remote supervision.
