DRAINAGE, EXTRACTION

We have developed an original extraction system which associates a deep collection by vertical wells with an horizontal drainage.

Through this system the leachates can be drawn off too, according to the needs.

Our extraction networks are equipped with extraction well ends, patented BSDV, which enable a regulation of the extraction pressure on the whole network according to the quantity of methane to be collected.
Our extraction network is conceived in such a way that it prevents the biogas migration out of site and provides a continuous and reliable extraction thanks to a design which eliminates the risk of clogging in the pipes due to condensates and to the use of materials collapsing and corrosion resistant.

RECOVERY

We offer studies and installations for the recovery of biogas through heat or electric production or even cogeneration.

We realise the feasibility and the technical study along with proposal of the suited equipment according to the conceivable opportunities of recovery. We also assist the operator in the administrative procedures and in the fulfilment of energy contracts of sales. We have realised the feasibility and the technical study for an electric power plant of 10 MW using steam turbines which is to be in operation in mid 1998.

GAS SCRUBBER

We have developed a wet process flue gas scrubbing system. This system protects the biogas recovery equipments as it betters the machinery output in reducing the maintenance costs and so the production costs.
