We realise the installations which ensure the biogas recovery to power water circulation boilers, or heat engines in cogeneration to heat digesters and generate the electricity for the needs of the water treatment plant. We also install gas engines to drive boosters in the biological sewage treatment process, or hydraulic plant of sludge centrifugal boosters. |

| The landfill gas (see photograph above) has been supplying the necessary energy to fuel a dehydration furnace with a generating capacity of 10 MW - 2,000 m3/hr biogas - since 1984, during the drying time, that is from April to October. The rest of the year, the biogas is delivered to a power station equipped with 4 generator sets which generates 2,500 kWhr to sell electricity. Another example of application implemented in 1986 and still in operation, the supply of thermal energy to two boilers of a food processing industry to produce steam at 12 bar. |
